Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fair, clear rules for cancellations and refunds — agreed before any payment.

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Before you pay

Your initial website demo is free. You can decline it without charge, and we do not charge later for the free demo if you cancel.

Before paid work begins

If you cancel after paying a deposit but before paid work starts, we return the deposit less only third-party purchases that you approved in advance and that cannot be refunded.

Once paid work has started

We deduct the agreed value of paid work completed and any approved non-refundable third-party costs, then refund the unused balance. Paid milestones and their values are agreed before we collect your deposit, and we provide an itemised explanation of any deduction.

Ongoing services

For ongoing services such as social media or YouTube management, cancellation terms and notice periods are set out in your written quote. Work already delivered for a paid period, and advertising spend already charged by a platform, cannot be refunded by us.

After completion

Once an agreed website is completed, approved and delivered, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. This does not remove your legal rights or our responsibility to address defects. Included launch support covers bug fixes and minor changes for 15 days after launch.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver an agreed part of the service, we refund the undelivered portion. If nothing usable is delivered, we refund the service fee in full. Separately approved third-party purchases are handled according to their disclosed terms.

How to request a refund

Email contact@digitalhelpstudio.com with your name, invoice reference and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and confirm the eligible amount and payment route in writing. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary, so we cannot promise a fixed arrival date.

Your rights

This policy works alongside your written quote and our Terms & Conditions. It does not limit rights available to you under applicable law.
