Delivery & Support Policy

Digital delivery

We provide digital services; no physical goods are shipped. Website delivery may include a preview link, launch on your agreed hosting, and your final website files after full payment. Digital marketing deliverables — such as videos, clips, posts or reports — are delivered by shared link or published to your accounts, as agreed in your quote.

First version and launch

For an agreed one-to-five-page website, we target a first full version within 24 hours after receiving your required business details, images, logo, access and the initial 50% payment. We confirm the schedule before starting. This is a first-version target, not a promise of final launch within 24 hours, and it does not apply to the free demo.

Your approval

You review the site and request refinements before launch. Delayed feedback, missing materials and approved scope changes may extend the timeline. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before launch or final file handover.

Included launch support

For 15 days from launch, we handle bug fixes and minor text or image changes within the delivered scope. Contact contact@digitalhelpstudio.com with the affected page and a description. New pages, new features, redesigns and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.

Ongoing services

Schedules for ongoing services — such as posting frequency, clip volumes or reporting dates — are set out in your quote and depend on timely approvals and access from you.

Hosting and handover

We can use your hosting and domain or arrange them as agreed. Annual renewals are extra. We provide the final files and relevant handover information, including renewal responsibilities. Please keep a backup of your delivered files.
