Services

What we do, in detail.

Regular Cleaning

A recurring maintenance clean designed to keep a home or small workspace consistently fresh. Best booked weekly, bi-weekly or monthly — the more often we come, the less time each visit takes.

Included in every room:

  • Dust reachable surfaces, sills, ledges and picture rails
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs and upholstered furniture
  • Mop hard floors with a floor-appropriate product
  • Empty bins and replace liners where provided
  • Wipe down light switches, door handles and other high-touch surfaces

Kitchens: exterior of appliances, cooktop, backsplash, sink, faucet, counters, cabinet fronts within reach, floor.

Bathrooms: toilets, tubs and showers, tile within reach, sinks, faucets, mirrors, counters, floor.

Not included by default: inside oven, inside refrigerator, interior windows, laundry, dishes, moving heavy furniture — add these as extras when you book.

Deep Cleaning

A slower, more thorough visit. Best as a one-off before a recurring schedule starts, at the change of a season, or when a home has gone a while between cleans.

In addition to everything in Regular Cleaning:

  • Baseboards, door frames and vents wiped down individually
  • Cabinet fronts (kitchen and bathroom) wiped inside & out where accessible
  • Tile grout attention in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Inside the microwave and behind reachable small appliances
  • Removal of hard-water and soap-scum build-up in the bathroom
  • Extra time for skirting boards, under-furniture reach and detail dusting

Note on scope: deep cleaning is time-intensive. A three-bedroom home usually takes a full working day. If you'd like inside-oven or inside-refrigerator, add those as extras — they're not automatically part of a deep clean.

Move-in & Move-out

An empty-home reset. Usually booked between tenants, after a house sale, or when a family is unpacking into a new place.

Everything in Deep Cleaning, plus:

  • Inside cabinets and drawers (empty units only)
  • Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator
  • Interior windows and window tracks
  • Interior of the washing machine and dryer
  • Baseboards and skirting throughout, not just detailed areas

Best booked when: the home is fully empty or the moving trucks have left. If furniture is still in place, cleaning around it may add time (and cost).

Not covered: exterior windows, garden or yard work, disposal of belongings left behind.

Office Cleaning

Evening or weekend cleaning for small offices, coworking rooms and studios. Sized for spaces under about 4,000 sq ft — for larger commercial contracts, please contact us to talk about a tailored plan.

Included:

  • Desk surfaces (visible areas), monitor bases, keyboards wiped, phones sanitised
  • All hard floors mopped, carpeted areas vacuumed
  • Kitchenettes: sink, counters, fridge exterior, microwave inside and out, coffee area
  • Restrooms: full clean, refill of provided consumables
  • Meeting rooms reset, whiteboards wiped, bins emptied
  • High-touch surfaces: door handles, light switches, lift buttons, common taps

Scheduling: typically after-hours so the space is ready for the next working day. We're happy to work with your building's key or badge policy.
