Common questions

Pricing questions.

Is the calculator's total the price I'll pay?

No — the calculator shows a sample estimate based on illustrative rules. A real booking is priced after a short walkthrough (video or in-person), which takes actual size and condition into account. The label on the total says so plainly.

Why does a deep clean cost 1.55× a standard one?

Because it's almost always about time on-site rather than product cost. A deep clean of a three-bedroom home typically takes 50–60% longer than a regular clean of the same space, so the multiplier reflects the labour.

Do the discounts really apply straight away?

In this concept, yes — the recurring discount is applied to every visit once you're on a schedule. In a real business, most companies apply the first-visit price to the first booking (which is often a deep clean anyway) and switch to the discounted rate from visit two onward. That's a small, honest wrinkle we'd explain up-front.

Are supplies included?

Yes. All cleaning products and equipment are brought by the crew. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface (a stone counter, a hardwood floor), we're happy to use yours instead.

Do you charge extra for pets?

No standing surcharge. If a home has significant pet hair on soft furnishings, the visit may take longer — we'd flag that at the walkthrough and price it into the estimate rather than surprise you.
